A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution if available. Close Program I was able to restart my email by running Microsoft Diagnostics. I have been using Office for many years and I have learnt many of the features over time. The only reason I am giving this a 3 star is due to the lack manageability aspect of the account. When I installed the software, I provided one of my email addresses as the alias for the account.
